OPEN ACCESS STATEMENT

The journal «The Bulletin of Irkutsk State University». Series «Mathematics» («Izvestiya Irkutskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta». Seriya «Matematika») maintains a policy of open access to published material, recognizing the priority principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and knowledge exchange.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Users can use, reuse and build upon the material published in the journal but only for non-commercial purposes.

The publisher is bearing all expenses for journal production and publication.

The journal maintains a policy of open access to published material, for the use of which the fee is not charged.

The published materials can be found on the journal's website, on the e-library website, on the platforms of electronic libraries and international databases.

All content of the journal is protected by copyright.

Publication of papers is free of charge for the authors. Peer review is not paid.All articles published in the journal are tested for the uniqueness of the material and coincidence of the text through the "Antiplagiat" system.
